Bassier, Bergmann & Kindler (BB&K) took first place in this year's e-learning economy ranking by the MMB Institute. The new media agency was thus able to secure the top position for the second time running in the national comparison. By ranking e-learning businesses annually, the MMB Institute ascertains the German e-learning companies with the strongest turnover, calculates market volumes and employee numbers in the branch and analyses the most important e-learning business areas.
In 2010 with a total of 140 employees, BB&K generated turnover of 11.2 million euros in the e-learning business area, meaning the result of the previous year was once again increased from 10.8 million euros. “We are very proud of this success. Our expertise lies in the creation of content and in totally customised client consulting. We make ‘suits to measure’ and that’s why there’s so much work involved,” summarised Michael Bassier, Managing Partner. The result at BB&K underscores the trend throughout Germany, with the analysis certifying the continued course of growth in the e-learning branch.
BB&K has been successful on the market for around 12 years now. In addition to developing and implementing e-learning and e-branding offers, the agency also offers concrete training modules as well as complex blended-learning and qualification programmes.
BB&K is also well positioned for the future. Mobile learning is one of the most important growth areas. With the founding of Bassier, Bergmann & Kindler Mobile Specialists GmbH in the spring of this year, the company has already provided the right answer. The Specialists offer mobile applications as well as websites and campaigns for end customers and training formats for employees. “We are very clearly content-driven and at the same time – with Mobile GmbH – have the competence to bring ideas and concepts cleanly to the street when it comes to technology, and that in the leading quality that we also achieve in other areas of work,” says Thomas Kindler, Managing Partner.
